CALL CENTER MANAGEMENT MODULE

The Call Center Management Module allows users to effortlessly track information entered in DisasterLAN's Call Center. Users can use the Call Center Management Module to display a table of all requests, offers/donations, or information reports entered into the Call Center. Advanced filtering capabilities allow users to display just the data pertinent to their role or ICS function. Additionally, an auto-update feature ensures that new or updated data is displayed in the table as it is received. From the Call Center Management table, users can quickly review Call Center tickets, add or edit information, or print Call Center tickets. Advanced alerting features also ensure that users receive visual and audible alerts whenever actionable information is routed to their role or ICS function.
