INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM (ICS) FORMS MODULE

The Incident Command System (ICS) utilizes Incident Command System Forms to aid emergency management personnel in developing an Incident Action Plan. DisasterLAN's ICS Forms Module provides a web-based tool for the completion, storage, and sharing of ICS forms. All standardized ICS forms are included in an Adobe Acrobat fillable form format to expedite the process of completing ICS forms. Each form is maintained in an incident-specific library of ICS forms - and an unlimited number of each ICS form can be completed. Because completed forms are maintained in the Adobe Acrobat format, they can easily be shared with a wide audience while maintaining their formatting.
