CALL CENTER REPORT GENERATOR MODULE

Designed to provide a simple easy to use interface, DisasterLAN's Report Generator Module allows users to create complex custom queries with point-and-click ease. Tabular reports, Geospatial Maps, and Statistical Summaries with graphs and charts can all be created using the Report Generator Module interface. Since the Report Generator Module is integrated with the Call Center Management and Watch Command Modules, users can easily access the Report Generator and modify pre-formatted reports as desired.
