Maritime Simulation Products

Buffalo Computer Graphics' maritime simulation staff has extensive experience in the design and development of marine radar and communication simulators. Many of our staff members have been dedicated to the development of our simulation products for over twenty-five years.

Our line of radar simulators is IMO / STCW compliant and can be adapted to meet HLA or DIS requirements. All models are capable of generating the target, landmass and radar effects video required to create realistic radar images from computer generated data. As a result, training exercises carried out using a BCG simulator appear real to observers monitoring the radar displays.

A new addition to our wide range of Maritime Simulation Solutions is the 3D Visual Bridge, an entry level three-dimensional ship visual for Maritime training.

The 3D Visual Bridge allows students to realistically navigate their 'Ownship' through various waterways, environments and operating conditions. Using BCG's flagship application, the Enhanced GUI, classroom instructors have the ability to create custom scenarios specific to their curriculum. The 3D Visual Bridge offers a low cost alternative to three-dimensional Maritime Simulation while still providing a realistic classroom training environment.
